I am an old user of CODfirm app and i can vouch for their services and customer care. It has helped us increase prepaid orders share as well as confirm orders and keeping customers updated about orders.

With Shopify stores recently experiences an influx of fraudulent COD orders through #MetaAds the CODFIRM COD Verification Suite has been an effective tool to combat this issue. The app works seamlessly first by identifying and tagging non verified COD orders and then by auto cancelling them within a set timeframe.

The app does have downtime but the support and technical teams are very supportive with getting the system back online efficiently.

CODfirm assisted me in minimizing RTOs by enabling OTP verification for COD orders. The OTP login feature they provided made it convenient for my customers to log in effortlessly. I strongly recommend other stores to explore this solution, as it can significantly boost conversions. I highly endorse CODfirm's services for all brands.

I have been using the CODfirm app for a while now and it's the best solutions for COD orders. COD orders can be confirmed using OTP and then we can also try to convert the same orders into a prepaid order by offering a little discount reducing overall RTO and impacting bottom line positively.
