With Shopify stores recently experiences an influx of fraudulent COD orders through #MetaAds the CODFIRM COD Verification Suite has been an effective tool to combat this issue. The app works seamlessly first by identifying and tagging non verified COD orders and then by auto cancelling them within a set timeframe.
The app does have downtime but the support and technical teams are very supportive with getting the system back online efficiently.

Great app! Helped us a lot! Makes good impression on customers, Also very fast support. I would love if all apps would be like this. I would say it is a must-have app for e-commerce in India!! 6 Stars!

Good one but not sure how to edit customise prepaid conversion widget, also unable to register to TRAI since jio page is throwing error for CIN, We have only LLPIN

I tried many apps to verify COD but find out this to be the best one although it's new and some improvement is needed. The developer is extremely friendly and helpful. Hope to see a perfect version soon. Thanks, team.
