Terrible support, app has not been working for 10 days and no response yet.
EDIT: Got in touch with a support person on the 10th day, but 3 days later and still no movement because they don't understand how shopify or collaborator access works. Downgraded from 2 stars to 1 star.

Extremely hard to install. Reached out via email 5 times for the last 3 days. Team is not helpful at all.

Their customer support is worse than pathetic. I've been waiting for a response for 4 days, despite multiple follow-ups. Absolutely disappointing service!

Same as others, app stopped working and my days worth of COD order cancelled and no reponse from the support email. SAD, was a happy customer for over a year.

I had high hopes for Codfirm based on my initial experience, but unfortunately, my recent interactions have been disappointing. The app, while initially promising, has not kept pace with the evolving challenges faced by Indian Shopify sellers, particularly concerning RTO and COD issues. Despite reaching out with specific requests, the response has been slow and unhelpful. It feels like there’s a lack of commitment to customer needs, and I’m left questioning the value of our partnership moving forward.
