How does this app works?

  • Whenever customer places a COD (Cash On Delivery) order on your store, the app immediately sends an SMS to the customer on the given mobile number with a verification link and asks for an input to approve or reject the order.

  • Customer will give an input and app will mark particular order with action taken by customer

  • In case the customer does not receive SMS or give input on received SMS of order verification then that particular order will be marked as Pending, so that you can take manual action on the same.

Hello, How could I change the Sender ID to my store name? The field is not editable for me. How can i change it.

The app is good but you have both options in one link. Many customers in saudia they understand only english.
Confirm order and cancel order must be both English and arabic botton at the same time. Upper all information is ok
Kindly add this option as soon as possible
