I used this app for COD confirmation. However not happy with it as more than 50% orders are still lying in pending state.
Many customers are not getting sms, many dont view sms.. as an alternative tried the phone IVR + sms method.
Even that is not great, as the voice call lacks clarity and even before pressing 1 or 2, the call gets disconnected

The verification ratio is based on customer's availability though for IVR message you can share audio file if you want to have your own message.
