Really useful if you are doing COD order. Add a sense of comfort knowing that the customer has approved the Order and not made an order by mistake.
Prompt Support, If any issue arises contact them and they should solve it for you. Definitely Recommend the App.
Good till now but do not know how I will make payment.
However, It would be better if we have repeat calling or message feature so if a order is not confirmed or rejected in first call or message then it will automatically send another call and messages.

- You will get billed for usage based charges along with Shopify's monthly billing/invoice. You need to make payment to that invoice only. There is no separate payment you need to pay.
- We are looking forward to add new feature to set delay and re-call time for pending orders.

Good app. Confirms the order. The only improvement I would seek is if there can b a system wherein we can introduce our store's name so that the customer knows from where the call is coming.
It's very helpful for COD verifications. COD verification automated and customer will get automated call.
Good app. Working like a charm. Must have app for all those who accept COD.
This will help in verifying the all COD orders.
First and foremost, the support is outstanding. Fast and efficient! The app does what it says and more. For example: The app says that it is for COD order confirmation only, but in reality the app works for all orders (pre-paid or COD). This saves a lot of time for us!
My clients turned down due to this app.
I've lost so many orders because of the Non-confirmation of COD orders. It is so tough to bring clients to your website, because of poor apps, all efforts go waste

There is some misunderstanding that our app affects COD orders. Our app is not performing before client comes to your store and complete the orders. It will make call and SMS only after customer has placed a COD order on your store.
And there can be any case, where customer is picking up the call and entering valid input, not picking up the call OR entering wrong input. Anything is possible as customer's end. We can not handle that part.
