מתוסכל מהזמנות COD לא רצויות, מזויפות ומהונאות?
הזמנות מזויפות ולא רצויות בתשלום במזומן בעת המסירה (COD) מגדילות את הוצאות הלוגיסטיקה, מה שפוגע בהכנסות החנות ובכך גם ברווחים. אפליקציה זו עוזרת לך לאמת הזמנות COD ו/או הזמנות ששולמו מראש באמצעות שיחות קוליות אוטומטיות (IVR) ללקוחות. אם הלקוח מאשר או מבטל את ההזמנה, יתווסף להזמנות ב-Shopify תג שיעזור לך לסנן אותן בקלות. זמינים מספר מצבי אימות כגון אימות בסיסמה חד-פעמית (OTP), שיחת IVR ו-SMS.

What a piece of junk app! All my orders are COD Pending, it's completely useless and a waste of money!!! I've already removed it from all websites! There's no online support whatsoever.
The order has no verification mark, tried to contact customer service and no one responded, I don't think I will consider using it!!!

As discussed over all, you are using our application since last 5 months without any issue. it is working alright. And there was a confusion which is clear now.

not working.. dont install this app ever....not every COD order will be synced..you will come to know after buyer escalation

The issue you experienced was related to some external apps connected to your store, which caused a delay in processing orders on their end. As a result, a few orders couldn't sync with our app in real-time. However, now that we've integrated with the external app you're using, everything is functioning properly.
