Unwanted & fake COD (Cash on Delivery) orders increases expense on logistics which affects your store revenue and so profit. This app helps you with automated IVR calls to customer for COD and/or prepaid orders for verification. If customer confirm or cancel the order it will add a tag in Shopify orders which helps you to filter orders easily. Multiple mode available like OTP Verification, IVR Call and SMS.

We've mentioned that, this app is for India only.
So only Indian merchants can use this app and get their COD orders verified automatically using Calls, SMS and/or OTP.
