No support from the team.
Being following up with the team since ages just for data on the cost incurred on each message for the mistakes your team has made.
Multiple times the app have crashed along with blasting Mutiple messages to the same customer not only I am bearing these unnecessary cost because of your inefficiency in managing the tech product but also this has affected my overall customer experience.

Don't waste your time, efforts, and money, before using any feature you must pay 29% and will be charged immediately then surprise start all features are paid nothing free even the free 1000 messages provided by Meta are not covered for each flow you enable you must pay 0.270& per message for example if you send 1000 message using any flow you activate they will charge you 270$ plus monthly 29$ after contact they support and ask them about free 1000 message provided by meta they claim don't know about it
