It reduces Return to Origin (RTO) losses, enhances customer engagement, and strengthens brand recognition and endorsement. This platform provides automated IVR calls & WhatsApp messages to customers, ensuring seamless verification of both COD and prepaid orders. Upon order confirmation or cancellation, it will include a label in Shopify orders, simplifying order filtering.

We are using Hilteck since so long for COD verification and Abandoned Cart Recovery. and it helped us a lot in both of the things. Additionally COD to Prepaid feature is also good. I recommend this.
