How It Works- Order Verification Automated Call

• Customer places a COD (Cash On Delivery) order- Whenever a customer places a COD (Cash On Delivery) order on store, App immediately calls customer on a given mobile number. An IVR message will be played for Order Confirmation which asks for an input to confirm or cancel the order.

• Receive Customer Input- Customer will give an input 1 will mark the order "confirm" and for input 2 will mark the order "cancel" so we will mark particular order with action taken by the customer.

• Tag for COD Verified Orders: Create various tags like Order confirmed, Order canceled, which will be added to the orders on Shopify after the order confirmation.
