A great platform for order confirmation calls. The customized voice feature works seamlessly and has significantly helped in reducing RTO. The system is reliable, user-friendly, and the absence of a mandatory monthly fee makes it even better.
App is Good And There Team is Also Very Nice and helpful. they helped us on-board and everything. the ivr feature is very good for businesses which are facing rto issue
Good to start with. It helped cancel COD orders that might be RTO.
