Hillteck offers an all-inclusive automation suite to manage your orders effectively. It reduces Return to Origin (RTO) losses, enhances customer engagement, and strengthens brand recognition and endorsement. This platform provides automated IVR calls & WhatsApp messages to customers, ensuring seamless verification of both COD and prepaid orders. We are using Hilteck since so long for COD verification and Abandoned Cart Recovery. and it helped us a lot in both of the things. Additionally COD to Prepaid feature is also good. I recommend this.
