Ashgari is help inn the email but the appli extension is not working not showing on many of device from frinds and people and i get now compliantive in my email saying my site is not compliance. I NEED HELP please can I get help from another than Ashgari please?

I only have AMAZING things to say about this app so far. Their support team is on top of it and has been extremely responsive so far. This app is super easy to use, and it's the best accessibility app I've seen so far on the app store!
