Turn risky COD orders into prepaid with a per-order discount. Cut returns and protect margins
Cash on Delivery drives most return-to-origin losses. CODFLIP gives customers a discount to switch to prepaid, sized per order from shipping rate, margin, destination, and customer history. The discount is sent via automated WhatsApp with a prepaid link. With Partial COD, customers complete part upfront and the rest on delivery. Verify their number by OTP before a COD order, and add a COD fee waived on prepaid switch. Every conversion and its savings are tracked.
