El botón "Redirigir a WhatsApp" requiere que tengas un número de teléfono de WhatsApp válido configurado en los ajustes de la aplicación. Si no tienes el número, es posible que el botón siga cargando.
Siempre recomendamos contactar primero con soporte si tienes alguna duda, ya que muchos problemas de configuración suelen resolverse en pocos minutos. 😊

Worst experiecen ever had. No notification of payment just started our trial and they are charging us without informing us because the form is really bad.

Our app offers a free plan, and all paid plans come with a 7-day free trial. You selected the Basic Plan on July 22, 2025, and Shopify processes all payments automatically after the trial ends unless canceled — this process is fully managed by Shopify, not us.
According to our records, no payment was charged from your store.
Regarding the form design, our app allows full customization, and we're always available to assist via WhatsApp or support.
Unfortunately, we didn't receive any support request before this review — if we had, we could have resolved the issue within the hour.
