We set to only allow to cancel within an hour, but customers are canceling a day later.
Can't find the support email and their chat is down.
Hi we are sorry that you did not get a fast reply, because of the time difference, it was night here and we already solved this now.
I have my orders set to authorize payment only and when the person cancelled the order it processed the payment before giving refund leaving me to have to pay the credit card fees on this cancelled order. Shopify does not refund processing fees. Thankfully it was a small order but nonetheless I lost money on this transaction.
Thanks for your review. Our app only cancels orders, it doesn’t capture payments or control Shopify’s transaction fees. The payment was automatically captured and refunded by Shopify based on your payment settings, which is why the processing fee wasn’t returned. so this is not app issue at all.
