Zzzz....dead in the water. This lags and lags and lags and lags. Nothing has come of it other than taking an unexpected nap behind the computer. When I woke up, nothing changed except over thirty minutes of time wasted. I'd like this rectified, please.

Great customer service. The team is always quick to help with any questions or issues. My only feedback for Codisto is that the app is currently priced too high. There needs to be more affordable pricing options for small businesses. Happy to provide more feedback to Codisto if they reach out. Thank you.

Once again, terrible service from Codisto. Their app stopped updating shipping information back to Amazon today ~ 6 hours ago at least ~ yet Codisto does nothing to proactively notify their customers of the failure. When I discovered the issue, I immediately opened a chat with support and was told that they were aware of the issue (why didn't you notify me then???) but they had no ETA on when it would be fixed. Now, I have over 40 orders in Amazon that I will need to go manually update with tracking information to avoid having late shipment impact to my Amazon account. I really wish Codisto would clean up support and start being proactive. When this app works, it works, but when it doesn't, you cannot get a straight answer. SMH.

Thanks for your feedback,
Once we are aware of an issue, the focus is to resolve it as soon as possible and affect the least number of merchants.
We would notify merchants directly if
a) we know which merchants are affected (in this case we did not know until they contacted Codisto) OR
b) it is affecting a large number of merchants.

This issue was resolved and no tracking data was impacted.

Codisto is a great option for syncing orders and inventory with ebay. The user interface is a little hectic, but, it works well. If you have any issues at all they are very active via live chat and are very helpful.

Amazing Customer Service, it took 3 seconds from Mariel R , to respond to me and provide an instant check-up to follow up with my issue , by far the best eBay/Walmart importing system , there is no competition it is a no brainer to choose them over any other app , it is simply a must if you want a quick customer service,
