I've been thrilled with Cogsy since adding it to my website. We take advantage of the backorder functionality, essentially capturing sales and revenue for products out of stock that are simply in-transit to our warehouse. Having this enabled has been so valuable for us and allows total flexibility and enhanced customer experience. On top of backorders, the planning and replenishment features are very accurate, and this is a great form of validation for us as we look to place new purchase orders. I don't plan my inventory without Cogsy, that's all. Spread sheets were too static and doesn't work with the velocity and pace of my business in real time, so it was a no brainer to use Cogsy.
