There is absolutely no support. I have already sent multiple messages and have been waiting for a week. There is no contact person listed on the website or found through Google. It seems like the tool has been sold and is no longer being maintained.

I don't plan my inventory without Cogsy, that's all. Spread sheets were too static and doesn't work with the velocity and pace of my business in real time, so it was a no brainer to use Cogsy.
