Cette application est absolument excellente pour gérer simplement les envois Colissimo. Les commandes sont automatiquement importées avec toutes les bonnes infos.
Nous avons été particulièrement impressionnés par l'extrême réactivité du SAV. Quand on a une question sur une fonctionnalité de l'app, ou qu'on y trouve ce qu'on pense être un bug, on peut envoyer un message simplement dans l'application et on reçoit très rapidement quelque chose qui est devenue une rareté : une réponse à notre question.
Les mecs sont sympathiques, rapides, compétents, etc. On n'exagère pas en disant que c'est peut-être d'une part l'appli la plus fiable de toutes celles que nous utilisons et surtout, celle en laquelle nous avons le plus confiance, justement grâce à cette qualité de SAV.
Super efficace ! Message envoyer pour un problème au niveau du choix des point relais , 30 minutes plus tard le problème est résolu , magnifique, efficace et surtout super rapide , merci beaucoup je regrette pas du tout je suis très satisfaites !
Excellente application ! Pratique et fonctionnelle. De plus, le support est réactif et règle le moindre souci très rapidement. Je recommande à 100 %.
ATTENTION : PUBLICITÉ MENSONGÈRE !
La prétendue période d’essai de 7 jours est une arnaque. Même si vous désinstallez l’application avant la fin de l’essai, vous serez quand même facturé 19€ par shopify.
Aucune alerte, aucun rappel, aucune transparence : c’est malhonnête, sournois et abusif.
Je déconseille fortement cette application. Méfiez-vous !

La période d'essai n'est en aucun cas une arnaque. Si vous avez été facturé avant la fin de la période d'essai, il s'agit d'un bug Shopify au niveau du cycle de facturation.
Nous en sommes navrés, mais nous n'y sommes absolument pour rien, et lorsque cela arrive nous remboursons systématiquement le marchand impacté par cet incident.
Nous ne sommes ni malhonnête, ni sournois, ni abusif, comme vous semblez l'affirmer gratuitement. Nous sommes joignables 7 jours sur 7 et vous pouvez nous contacter directement si quoique ce soit arrive, et en l'occurence ce type de souci.
Nous avons dors et déjà procédé au remboursement.
Toute l'équipe vous souhaite une bonne continuation.
Une équipe au top ! Super réactifs et toujours à l’écoute. Leur application est efficace et agréable à utiliser. On sent vraiment l’engagement d’une petite équipe passionnée qui fait de son mieux face à un géant comme Colissimo. Bravo et merci
