Excellent support ! Réactif et d'une aide précieuse. Suite à une incompatibilité avec notre centre d'envoi (de notre côté), j'ai sollicité une petite adaptation : l'équipe (merci Thomas et Antoine) a identifié et déployé un correctif en quelques échanges seulement. Une app solide et un service client au top. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Agréablement surprise de la mise à disposition par Colissimo de cette application. Elle est intuitive, et surtout le support est réactif et disponible pour toute question.
Il m'a apprit que je pouvais intégrer les frais d'expédition au réel en fonction du contrat (y compris pour l'international) chose que le support Shopify disait impossible.
Nous en sommes à la configuration et espérons que la mise en production sera aussi satisfaisante et fluide que l'onboarding =)
