It does not appear to be sorting anything at all with the basic plan and under 20 collections.

Does not work. Customer Service was emailed and is non-existent.

Our Collection sorting has stopped working at all, none of the collections been sorted, i have contacted with the support, they have said that they working on that, after couple of days - nothing been done. app unistalled.
