Our Collection sorting has stopped working at all, none of the collections been sorted, i have contacted with the support, they have said that they working on that, after couple of days - nothing been done. app unistalled.

Hi there,

Sorry that you had to face this issue. We replied to the email asking for example collection to debug the issue, if possible, reply to reply to that email and give us another chance to rectify it.

Hope you could have reached out to us to help you out to configure the app for you. I see the app was uninstalled in couple of minutes. If possible, try to give the app another try and let us help you to configure the app.
