Our Collection sorting has stopped working at all, none of the collections been sorted, i have contacted with the support, they have said that they working on that, after couple of days - nothing been done. app unistalled.

Sorry that you had to face this issue. We replied to the email asking for example collection to debug the issue, if possible, reply to reply to that email and give us another chance to rectify it.
