Shopify Collabs

I am new, but it seems to be working well so far. I will update after using this more. But so far so good.

My account was grandfathered into Collabs from Dovetale. I have spent 2 days trying to invite and receive an invitation to collab with another business owner. We both sent emails and messages and have not received any answers to what would be a simple solution. This app used to be so easy to use before it changed to collabs. I'm very disappointed. It has good features, but it's useless if you can't properly invite or register to use them.

App is useless. Can't set up commissions, can't add/modify tiers, can't pay influencers and can't get a response for trouble tickets. The Dovetale intergration was easy to use, manage and set up. The switch the Shopify Collabs has been terrible.

I think the app is excellent. Would be better if we can add more creators, on the finding creators feature and create already made templates in order for us to contact them easier directly from the app. Like DM on IG. Email. Etc.

Yes, AP4Liberty is right. The link for the affiliates are not working although the discount code is. I'm surprised to find that this basic feature is not working. The APP is not usable right now until the developers fix it.

Excited for what this app promises but Instagram account won't connect and PayPal payments to creators doesn't work. Still waiting for my ticket to be answered.

The app is easy to integrate, but super buggy. The URL's it generates for affiliates don't work and I'm going on week 3 of waiting for someone from Dovetale to even answer my ticket. Really disappointing. Might have to remove this app for the lack of support.

Shopify Collabs is by far the easiest collab tool to set up, kick-off, and maintain. While they are still adding new features, its come a long way in just a few months. Since the Shopify Flow integration, its opened the doors to automation. I highly recommend trying it out before you invest in other (much more expensive) tools.

This app has streamlined our efforts to grow our community with ease! As with any new application, some kinks will need to be worked out. The support team is super helpful and responsive.

We really like how simple the set up is and how easy it is to reach out to creators.

However, when we try to get creators to sign up we have a lot of creators that run into errors and then choose to opt out of the affiliate program. Then to make it worse we have reached out to support and not got any feedback.

That issue is a big issue for us but if resolved would be a 5 star app.
