Shopify Collabs

This app seems to have had a lot of problems recently. Currently, my community members are getting an error when trying to sign up: ''We were unable to verify that your request originated from Shopify.'' Shopify instructs the user to reload the page, but this doesn't always work. It seems to be happening more with the safari browser than Chrome. Shopify, please fix this as I'm losing valuable community members!

If this gets fixed I will revise my rating to 4. One star off because I could manually add an influencer would be a better user experience.

HI, Multiple ambassadors are trying to sign up but are getting following error messag: ''We were unable to verify that your request orginated from Shopify.'' They have cleared cache and also reload the page.

Cannot get influencers paid automatically, have to manually process payments. Shopify refuses to work with PayPal to resolve this and blames it on the customer. Been trying to get it fixed for a month now with no resolution.

I was excited about this app because most of my marketing is through influencers and I am an influencer myself. The first sign of trouble was when one of my top referrers pointed out a sale that came via his referral link and was not registered as a referral. The final straw was when another referrer showed me how his referral link was coming up with a 404 page not found error. I've had to let all my referrers know that I'm shutting down the program for technical reasons. I hope Shopify can sort out the bugs and turn this into an awesome collab system, but in its current state I will not be using this app.

same as others on here, cant login, reset password does nothing, login submit button just spins endlessly, cant review product as cant use it...

Shopify Collabs is by far the easiest collab tool to set up, kick-off, and maintain. While they are still adding new features, its come a long way in just a few months. Since the Shopify Flow integration, its opened the doors to automation. I highly recommend trying it out before you invest in other (much more expensive) tools.

Just making the influencer sign up for a Shopify account is a deal killer.
Not working at all. I was hoping to be a good platform but unfortunately, it sucks!

no way to integrate with email to contact potential influencers on "discover". many features missing and overall confusing.

Dovetale requires you to connect your PayPal account to make payments to your creators and influencers. We have never been able to make payments and PayPal has absolutely no clue what this app is to offer help.

Dovetale has really clean UI and intuitive user experience. I'm using it to prospect, manage, and communicate w/ our influencers and we're saving so much time & pain with streamlined process and flow. Highly recommend!!
