I will reconsider my review when "influencers" can be rated and reported for failing to comply with agreed terms. I do not want to give free gifts to random individuals and then be ghosted!!!
Hey there, thanks for the review. I can certainly see the benefit of allowing merchants to rate the influencer that they have worked with. I am going to provide this as a suggestion to our developers of the application. With that being said, it is possible to create a contract that outlines the expectations for the work that the influencer will carry out. This app allows the creator to get free item/s upfront and then the creator not fulfilling their task of promoting the item on their socials. Then Ghosting the store, totally rude shameless & actual theft.! Not fair at all if you are a small struggling business. There should be some kind of verification process for the creator to pass or a rating that stores can assign based on the experience with the creator, those creators with low review ratings wont get used

Honestly this app is horrible. Doesn't load half the time, and when it does, 99.9% of the people who have applied to collab with my brand are very small "influencers" (so, people with only around 200 followers on instagram) who are only looking for free items. The fact that there is no way to track or penalize influencers after they receive free items is a huge negative for me. The only thing this app has been useful for so far is for my friends to apply. Organic reach in the "collabs network" is god awful, literally just a bunch of dishonest people looking for free things.

cant manually settle the payouts is a deal breaker

Please note: do not install this app, we did not like the app. So removed, major problems with our shop since the removal of this app. The product photos and backend are no longer shown, just like the blog no longer has photos.

Hi Chique Design, thank you for the review and your feedback. We have been experiencing a platform issue regarding images on the store front not being visible and our technical team is actively working on a resolution for this. The issue with your images is separate from the collabs app.

Péssimo, agora que o pagamento é feito pelo Paypal, não funciona no Brasil.
Dieses App dürfen nur die Shops verwenden, die eine Kooperation gar nicht mehr brauchen, weil sie schon bekannt und erfolgreich genug sind. Die Start-Ups, die am Meisten Unterstützung zu Beginn benötigen, dürfen es nicht verwenden. Eine Diskriminierung, daher Daumen runter
I wish I could give this -5 stars. It is so bad, the app never works. My influencers can't even redeem their gifts, not user friendly at all. Please do not use this. Run away. Whoever the developers are , thumbs down.
