Not sure if it was the app or the people doing the collabs, not a good experience, we didn't receive feedback of all the people we sent our product to try it. It was a waste of time and money. Good or bad feedback is good but need the feedback to improve our service, that's why we sent our product. A good quality product. Bad quality of collaborators, they do not show after they receive the product and you end up looking for them without any success.

I recently tried Shopify Collabs, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my marketing strategy. This app makes it super easy to connect with influencers and manage collaborations. The setup was straightforward, and I love how I can find creators that match my brand without a hassle.
we've been "scammed" and taken advantage of several times, due to to the fact that Collabs doesn't "vet" their creators. We ship products to our partners and there's zero communication or response after. After talking with other brands ,it seems as if this is a common problem with Shopify Collabs.

With that being said, it may be possible to create contracts that outline the expectations for the work the creator will carry out. It's a horrible app. just scammers making money off our already recurring commissions and our existing customers.

Have sent product to multiple different creators through this app and not a single one reviews the product. I feel like its all scam people.

If the creators have received the samples and have not shared a review, then we'd recommend contacting the creator to see if they've had a chance to try the product yet. It will automatically generate a 6.8% off in my shopping cart! This is crazy, please fix it quickly, I have uninstalled it, but the discount is still there
I have only just activated this - and the idea is that I have given a Collaborator 10% off their first purchase and from there they will get 15% on every item sold. The items AOV is $250 plus. It remains to be seen if anyone will bite, however, I see I have nothing to lose and the process to get it set up and reach out to legit micro-influencers is easy. Let's see. I am new to this.
