We love this app, however recently we have been made aware of some issues that make it impossible for people to apply. Once they answer all the questions, the app won't let them do anything once they sign into their Instagram or other social media. Sometimes, it won't even let them sign in. Please fix this as it's impacting us a lot.

For a feature as highly touted as this has been you would think that Shopify would have taken the time to get it right. The entire app is riddled with bugs and pain points. The entire experience needs to be vetted and troubleshot. I don't need to go into detail because so many of the issues have been called out in other critical reviews. I have been working with Dovetale for quite some time and they have been absolutely incredible and adapting and evolving to the current business climates. They are one of the best platforms we have been on and I recommend them for someone interested in affiliate marketing.

Shopify collabs wouldnt work for my website, once I had to upgrade from dovetale to shopify collabs, it stopped working. Never really generated any good leads anyhow with influencers but was hoping. Support was not so great, contacted them twice, no one could help. Contacted support directly but at that point I just uninstalled due to too much frustration and stress......

This is a super easy app to use and it customizable. The welcome page is really clean and inviting. I wish there was somewhere to upload agreements etc.

A very good app, simple to set it up - Very Robust and no shit code to disturb theme....Hosting affiliates on shopify domain creates it more trustworthy and safe for affiliates - Negative reviews are by those cynical idiots who wants 24/7 contact support and for an app that is free is hard to provide you 24/7 support....Get your keyborad in some use. Absolutely love this app! It is so easy to use and well done. Customer service is INCREDIBLE and responds so quickly and helps with any questions that come up. We are so glad we found Dovetail!

Do you understand the effort it takes to bring collaborators into a platform? Overnight, without any heads up, you broke the entire flow and deployed a buggy sign up process. And now people cannot join? Why would you do this? After Shopify takeover the whole flow became super confusing. I love my Shopify but this part of the product needs better judgement. Please get us back to simple.
