Shopify Collabs

Overall I like how easy this app is to receive collab applications and send gifts. But I hope there is a rating option for shop owners to rate the influencers. I have approved several influencers and sent out gifts to them, but they all disappeared and have yet to reply to me when they got the products, it's really frustrating and I am not sure if I should continue to use it.

Really like this app but there are some small updates that could be done to make it even better. For one, the fact that you can't create different templates for the welcome email is such a miss. We have to copy/paste/rewrite the welcome email to each affiliate we accept into our program. Providing a very easy platform by which to provide products and/or discounts to people with special codes that can tie back to sales is an A+ 5 star experience. A couple of clicks and all automated payment is all you can ask for.

However, there is no visibility into post gifting even though you have all their info. There's no analytics. There's no backend. There's no feedback.

Dovetale is the perfect influencer and affiliate platform all in one. I've used Refersion in the past for tracking ambassador and affiliate sales and Dovetale is a much cleaner version of that. Affiliate manager app for free - what can I say. Love the functionality too. FREE PAYPAL MASS PAYOUTS LETS GOOOO. Wish there was one big button to pay all affiliates at once though.

I have also been having troubles wiht the sign in process. Affiliates have not been able to lnk there accounts and then getting error messages and then not being able t complete the process. Huge game breaker.

Added features around storing creative and content for the influeceers to use would also be very useful.

If influencers don't link their social media to this program, doesn't it mean that the only way for them to generate affiliate sales is through an affiliate link. Is this the reason for the link. This forces you to use collaborators that are only within the Shopify Network. What if we want to use our own influencers that are not here?

Previously I was able to do this with my other business. However, I cannot figure out how to make that a possibility now that this app has been updated.

We switched over from a different influencer marketing software to Dovetale, and it has been so helpful for reaching out, searching for influencers, and managing influencers. We had some questions concerning how to set up, and the support team was very responsive.
