Great interaction with collaborators & influencers.
It's a horrible app. just scammers making money off our already recurring commissions and our existing customers.

Hi, there! Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, there is no way to force a creator to promote a particular brand or merchant. You may be able to create contracts (outside of Shopify) that outline the expectations for the work the creator will carry out. Not sure if it was the app or the people doing the collabs, not a good experience, we didn't receive feedback of all the people we sent our product to try it. It was a waste of time and money. Good or bad feedback is good but need the feedback to improve our service, that's why we sent our product. A good quality product. Bad quality of collaborators, they do not show after they receive the product and you end up looking for them without any success.
we've been "scammed" and taken advantage of several times, due to to the fact that Collabs doesn't "vet" their creators. We ship products to our partners and there's zero communication or response after. After talking with other brands ,it seems as if this is a common problem with Shopify Collabs.

It will automatically generate a 6.8% off in my shopping cart! This is crazy, please fix it quickly, I have uninstalled it, but the discount is still there
