Helpful, both support and the app.

Although the monthly fee is very fair, they ask for $25.00 to install the app. So I tried installing it myself but gave up after seeing how much work it would take and some of the instructions wern't specific enough.
This app would be great if it had better installation directions.
Right now I won't use it if I can find one that is easier to install.
