I do not recommend this app. After downloading, I updated my variant names & encountered duplicate variant names (both old and updated). After reaching out to support, the app requested access to my store without providing a clear explanation as to why it was needed or how it would address the issue. I then reached back out to support to ask what they were doing with the permission granted to my store and how it was going to resolve my issue. However, the responses were delayed, vague and unhelpful. I received ONE response via email 3 days later and the person who contacted me basically told me it was my fault and that their "app was not the problem". After responding to the email from support, I heard nothing back from them for the rest of the day. When I tried to revoke access due to concern over the lack of communication, I encountered an issue using my passkey which is tied directly to the biometrics on my phone. That raised a major red flag! I had to reach out to Shopify support to help me revoke access to this app and secure my Shopify account. This app caused me unnecessary stress and wasted time, especially during a critical pre-launch period for my business. If you're looking for a reliable swatch app with responsive support and want your store to stay secure, I recommend exploring other options.

I've been using the app for a while now I really liked it. Unfortunately, for some reason one day the swatches started showing on PDP even though I hadn't changed the settings for months. I contacted support and they told me they simply deactivated the swatches on PDP. I'm mad at myself for not checking, because one week later I realized that my customers couldn't select any variant at all anymore. I uninstalled the app and now everything is back to normal. This is absolutely unacceptable and I lost a lot of orders because of this.

Tried to set up on my store, however some features were not working as intended. The team offered free set-up services and assistance, which I reached out for. The team was added to my store, allowing me to see the activity of the user. The team claimed to be actively working to solve the problem, however in reality has not logged in in over a week, conveniently, about when my free trial is about to run out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP, THE TEAM IS NOT RELIABLE NOR TRANSPARENT.

1. There is some coding necessary to get the app running - but it is not very difficult, because there is a good tutorial. That was the only positive point.
2. After coding, we put some colours,patterns etc. in the app - 24 h later, we weren't able to change anything, app was kind of freezed for changing swatches.
3. We wrote the customer support - it took about 24 h to get an answer. In our opinion, very slow if something is not working.
4. We granted access to the shop - the engineers worked on the app - and then the worst thing happened, they uploaded stuff wrong (we changed it manually) but after they worked in the store, the store was crashed, drop down menues etc, everything had an error and we had to upload a shop backup, cause we weren't able to fix it.
5. Last point, customer service always wrote our name wrong, after we told them, that we are not called like that, the answer was with the same wrong name. That is just a small thing, but does not look, like each customer is appreciated.

Think about using this app - it took us around two days where nothing worked and we decided to use an other app from the store, that works better.

I am sorry for your bad experience. The app only works after accepting the app charges which were never accepted. We only received an email from you yesterday and replied to same within 24 hours. Please consider giving the app another chance and I will help you make the app work perfectly with your store.

This application is very good, BUT only if you have an english shop. If you don't and you write custom colors, for example in french "Rouge" instead of "Red" it doesn't works. It will apply change only in english and to the section "colors" so we can't change the name of the category to translate it to our language's shop.
Very bad.

It doesn't update the collection page or product page even if I clear my cache or go to incognito mode. Worthless app!

Thank you for your review. I think the app was not setup correctly so it did not work for you. You can reach out to the app support team and we setup the app within 24 hours of receiving a request. I see you added this review within half hour of installing the app. Please give the CSP app another chance and we will make it work with your store perfectly.
