I'm on here again to update my previous review. I simply wish the entire company were full of Kevin's as he was able to handle all issues. The products are great, the customer service that Kevin provides is personalized and quick. He works with me to resolve all issues.

if you need an issue resolved Kevin is the one to go to . He was a real help with my issue and I am giving the app another chance.

Here is an update to my experience with Collective Fab.

I simply can't wait to cancel my subscription with Collective Fab! I hope I can prevent at least one person from making the same mistake that I made. I signed up with Collective Fab when they were still Bella Vi. I suspect they changed their name because of all the negative reviews? When Salehoo no longer had them featured (as a result of the feedback) I should have canceled my account. After being promised positive changes (still waiting..), I decided to stay a little longer. By the way, the video tutorials have been advertised since early fall 2016..
I simply do not understand how poorly (to say it the least) this "business" is run. If you're a scam-artist, it's brilliant!

Do not expect to have your emails responded to. Unless your signing up with them, you won't see anything in your inbox from them. Never any information about what is going on or future plans. I am so disappointed that I let my self spend time and money with these scammers. Absolutely nothing of what is advertised is accurate. Nothing! You should check out www.urbanog.com, this might be where the focus of Collective Fab is. Their facebook page is also pretty awesome. Once your at it, why not google Collective Fab and Bella Vi reviews. Better Business Bureau also have some good information.

Anyway, the turnkey website is easily made yourself. With some help from the Shopify team (who are awesome and patient), you can make something MUCH better. For $100, Collective Fab can also make a logo for your store. I never received my logo that I was promised at the end of July 2016. Spend your $100 at something else. Do not trust that their inventory is accurate, even though you update your own store everyday. Also, it is MUCH faster to upload each category by themselves, instead of uploading everything at the same time.

When I finally had some orders, I was not provided with tracking number until long after the order. With another order, I suddenly had a refund back to me without any explanation. I couldn't figure out which items that were not shipped from Collective Fab to my customer. Of course, the customer was not pleased with her shopping experience and I haven't had any order since.

I am so disappointed with Collective Fab and I don't understand that they (L. and K. Wynn) can sleep at night. I hate to leave a bad review, but this is 100% true facts in my experience with Collective Fab. Karma is a b..ch!

I signed up with Collective Fab (former Bella Vi) in July, after reading about them on Salehoo. For me, the turnkey option was definitely worth it. If you have the time, and is a little bit more computer-savvy than me, you could probably make the website yourself and only pay to use their inventory. Anyway, after purchasing the turnkey website, you have to pay Shopify the monthly fee, and get the Collective Fab app (another monthly fee) to access the latest inventory. The Collective Fab app has a chat service that is pretty awesome. Josh, Emily and Kevin are very friendly and respond quickly. That is, if you contact them during their business hours. It took some time to figure out how to upload the inventory and sync it to my store. I thought this would be an automatic process, but it's not. I was recommended downloading the latest files at least every other day, so that my inventory stays up to date. When you figure out how to do this, it is not difficult or time consuming. I had to refund two customers because I wasn't aware of this myself. I have yet to place an order with the company and hope the shipping process goes smoothly. I hope to update my review soon, and give them the last fifth star.

Please contact me, if something is not clear or if you should have any additional questions.

Kevin is very responsive, which is great. In my experience, he goes above and beyond. I did not give 5 stars due to the length of time for shipping, Kevin stated that it was due to the holiday season, so I am keeping an eye on the customer's shipping experience. Once satisfied, I will update my review.

I had their service back when they were another company Bella Vi. THE absolute worst experience ever, this company almost ruined me I had to close my shop and regroup. it started when the inventory was not updating items showed in stock on my site but sold out on theirs. then the delay in shipping is notorious. one order was delayed so long that an item ended up being sold out. plus their customer service is not located in the states I found that out later. avoid them at all cost. and to be honest I think they get their products or are affiliated with urban og as they share the same stock quantity.
UPDATED: Kevin i guess he is the owner reached out to me to try and fix it. the shipping did in deed speed up but it still did not work. the stock level is never fully stocked i guess because you and 1000 other boutiques are sharing the same stock. and there is really no money to be made as their wholesale price is retail to begin with.

They will ban you and terminate your service if you don't leave them a good review i just got a unfriendly email from Kevin, first asking why i'm still using their service if i left bad review, then i answered i'm still testing their service and might change the review if i like it, then a second email saying they was terminating my account them them and that their service is not a good fit for me! Beware people!
Initially while contacting to know more about the service found the support very slow and in the free plan you can't really choose any of the categories, it doesn't work, when upgraded thought they would answer the emails, but for my surprise it's the same, they do not answer the emails, max 1-2, makes us have a bad feeling, leaving us full of doubts and insecure about their service.

Service started well then we began to slowly lose money. Order began to take almost 2 weeks to reach customers that after taking over a week to process. I would always have to email a representative & ask how come our order hasn't been processed. Sometimes after a week they would say oh we're out of stock or even I can't find your order. I believe this a fake wholesale because I've seen the exact products on urbanOG.com for cheaper. I threatened to cancel & promised to give me free membership for a year....guess what the never responded after that. I have emails to prove all this info if anyone has questions feel free to contact me echoozie@gmail.com

Besides the fact that you have to start your search over anytime you hit the detail page, I couldn't even add anything to my Shopify account. I've basically paid a months worth of service that I didn't receive.

And good luck getting a refund. Customer service either ignores your request for a refund or just doesn't email you back all together.

Fantastic drop shipping services.

I updated my review to 5 star because I actually received my order and I also received a phone call from the representative. They communicated with me through email and all works fine. I was nervous because of the negative comments but gave it a try anyway because I figured if they did not ship my item I had other means of getting the products. I was not fully aware of how to use the app properly but once I figured it out it all works perfectly. They even shipped my item with my business name on it. I am now uploaded the entire collection to my store. My advice to you guys is that it is worth giving them a try. They are legitimate.

I fell in love with this app because it carries the products I am used to purchasing wholesale to resell myself. It was nice to know that I can have he same product drop-shipped. I read the reviews and i was a bit nervous but decided to give it a try. I am now nervous than before. I placed my first order and was charged but it never updated from processing to ship instead it disappeared after I messaged about the update. I am not sure what to do next but I am hoping by leaving this review I will get some help.
I am hoping that this will not damage my reputation or my brand that I have built for so many years.
