Collective Fab is a leading fashion and beauty dropshipper located in Southern California. We offer fashionable, edgy, and stylish young women's fashion and beauty products available immediately for dropshipping without upfront inventory costs.


We've been a Shopify partner for over 2 years but have recently joined the app store due to our clients demand for quick and easy integration. We have over 600 active businesses using our dropshipping program on a daily basis.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I am now OVER THIS APP! I have been reaching out to Kevin, Leon and two members of their team to get my costumers romper exchanged. I returned the romper on June 6 and it was received on June 9th to the address they advise store owners to ship returns. I have put in a ticket via my orders tab, I have sent multiple emails. I even sent an email the day I returned the item. It is no June 19th MY customer is Pissed and will likely never buy from me again. I do not recommend this app or service. I was offered a discount on my monthly fee only to have me pay the reduced fee and then have shopify charge me for the full subscription fee. I have contacted Shopify and they have put in a request with the developer. NO ONE HAS TIME FOR THESE TYPE OF SILLY ISSUES! Do better!

Update Review: I had the opportunity to share my frustrations and they have worked with me to get my issue resolved. I am pleased with the outcome. I was satisfied that my suggestions will be taken into account, which is very important to me as I do value the business relationship I have developed with Collective Fab. Kevin was more than helpful and very attentive to my concerns. I do recommend the app despite my issues from yesterday.

I like that most of the clothing is made in the USA and that the items are shipped from the USA. The quality of the clothing is good. Very GOOD SHOES!

I have sent several emails to the email address they have listed and have yet to receive a reply. Be advised that they do not provide a telephone number or email address for direct contacts. I am highly disappointed in the service as of late.

There was an error on the pricing of an item. They sent out tracking info to my customer only to inform me that the item did not shipped and that the tracking info needs to be voided. The order was placed on 5/4 and today is 5/16 and still have not received any communications about the order.

Overall when I started the app was okay, there were some glitches when they made updates that did impact my store.

I've used this app for the past 6 months, some glitches but after I have brought this to their attention they have been helpful in helping me to resolve any issues. Kevin was very professional and informative about my concerns. The clothes are amazing as far as style. Thank you Collective Fab.

App has tons of glitches. No responses to Zendesk service request tickets. Can only add products individually, which is a huge time waster. This has happened repeatedly with no resolution. :-(

I originally subscribed to Collective Fab because I loved the look of the products, that the products were shipped together from one U.S. warehouse, and the product variety and trendiness.

I started hating Collective Fab soon after I paid for it. The app kept glitching, products were always out of stock, and most importantly I could never contact staff. I made 5 separate attempts to get in contact with somebody - I never received a single response. I tried contacting multiple email addresses and even asked for a phone number to call as they do not have one posted publicly.

Collective Fab is very much a help yourself kind of set-up. Their site will continue to redirect you to their Help Center (which is not helpful) and you will not be able to get in contact with an actual person to resolve your issues. It is very much a fix-it-yourself or just deal with it kind of attitude.

When running a business your supplier is everything! They can make or break your business, so it is extremely important to have a positive relationship with them. How can I run a business with a company who has ignored all 5 of my emails? It has been almost a month and I still haven't heard anything. Especially in fashion when there are so many returns, how would I handle those?

Though Collective Fab doesn't post much information about themselves, there are a lot of forums warning against using the company as they are unreliable. The biggest red flag to me was when I was getting together my business invoices for tax purposes and did not have one for Collective Fab. I then contacted Collective Fab and received absolutely no response. No receipt, invoice, or even acknowledgment; nothing. They took my money and that was it.

Moral of the story, I have canceled my subscription with Collective Fab and strongly regret ever subscribing. I strongly advise anyone against Collective Fab as there are much better free, reliable alternatives.

My previous Rating was a 5 because I was bribed with a free store theme - and I was hoping this company was actually worth a 5.
Kevin seems very nice. BUT.

In the past, one of my orders was never sent and I contacted Kevin quite a few times about it and asked multiple times for the money back at least. I never got it.

Also, the current prices for the products are absolutely RIDICULOUS! What customer is going to pay the wholesale price $47 for a simple tank top much less $70?

I messaged regarding sizes mths ago and didn't get a reply, I can not work like that as I'm running a business and need swift communication. The $29 a mth isn't worth it as I can never get all the sizes, stock isnt updated every 4hrs. Ill stick to Ali express where I get swift communication, all sizes in stock and 7 business day delivery.

Mar. 8 - The bulk edit pricing does not update or synchronize. It will only work the first time it's used so when you try to edit the pricing again it does not change.

I contacted them twice and the response was to watch a video tutorial (which I already did prior to contacting them).

I ordered a blouse on Mar. 4 to test everything out and I never heard anything back about the item being processed or shipped. Nothing.

Kevin responded on Mar. 8 when I left a 1-star review. He said "I received a notification from our fulfillment that your order has been shipped and tracking sent. Please allow up to 24 business hours for tracking to update by our courier." I never heard anything from them about tracking information and continued to wait for the item. This is after Kevin had told me that tracking information would be sent to me. But nothing still.

Mar. 21 - Today the blouse that I ordered finally arrived (ordered on Mar. 4, arrived on Mar. 21). The postman informed me that I owed $30 as an additional shipping charge!!! I refused the item and it's going back to them.

So, still a 1 star review. Sorry Collective Fab, but this was unacceptable.

Now I will wait to see if they refund me for the blouse that I just sent back to them.

UPDATING MY REVIEW. HAVE REPEATEDLY TRIED TO STOP THEM TAKING MONEY BUT TODAY ANOTHER PAYMENT CAME OUT. BE CAREFUL. THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED. WILL BE POSTING ON EVERY SHOPIFY GROUP AND PAGE I AM ON TO WARN OTHERS.

I initially rated this one star due to lack of communication. Following this I received an email from Kevin who assisted me once so I changed my rating. Any other communication has been ignored. It worries me because if you have a customer issue and need to speak with someone you can't because they do not respond. I wouldn't recommend this app because the customer service is appalling. They still happily take my monthly fee yet offer zero help. My last request was for a size chart as their link is broken or has been moved. You would think that would be a simple request. Over two weeks later they are clearly still looking for the size chart or are too busy to send. Save yourself the headache and try other suppliers. Some are amazingly helpful and respond in a timely manner and not just after you rate them 1. They need to look at their customer service. I will be doing a full review on a social media page shortly. Kevin I don’t need a response. I have waited over two weeks for one. Will be deleting the app and continuing to work with more reliable suppliers.

Didn't even bother uploading any products, $27.08 for a t-shirt dress of 65% cotton 35% polyester is ridiculous. There must be at least a 300% mark up on these products to the "wholesale" or dropship price.

If I could give a 0 star I would!

The products are way to expensive for"wholesale price" and I send an email I never received an email back! It has been 14 days for 1 normal email. I do not need a company with such slow customer service!

You can better delete this app!
