Update Again: This will be my final update as I am deleting this service all together. In early December, when the initial problem arose, Kevin reached out to me only after leaving the first review. He assured me that they were working on known customer service issues and were hoping to implement a live chat service soon. He also offered me a free one year subscription, which I accepted and was told that it would be applied in January when my current month was over. Well, here we are in January, they still have done nothing to improve their customer service and my promise of a free subscription has not been met. I logged onto my account 3 days ago and it prompted me to re-subscribe and enter payment information. After discovering this I promptly emailed Kevin and I still have not received any response or resolution. My suspicion, which I noticed others have often mentioned, is that this has happened as a consequence of not removing my initial review or changing it to 5 stars. After receiving 3 different emails from Kevin in December asking me to do this, I updated my review honestly for what I had experienced. Now it seems he doesn't want to respond to my emails nor has he honored my subscription promise. You can not bully customers into giving you good reviews or removing bad ones. I have also been using Modalyst since starting and they have been tremendous. All order have been handled very quickly, and the respond to inquiries usually within a few hours. CF could take some notes from them on how to properly conduct business and provide customer service.

Update: I am changing this to 3 stars for now until I have time to see how the changes and promises hold up. I did hear from someone the same day I left the review, which seems to be a pattern with CF. My customer situation was not resolved, but that was because I had already settled it with them personally. They did inform me that they were working on implementing a live chat and were willing to make sure that I had been compensated me for the issues. I have decided to give it another try. I hope to have a better experience in the future. I will update again at a later date.

I received a customer order that did not appear in my order on the app. I reached out to CF via their help desk, and 4 days later I still have not received any sort of response or help. There is no phone number to reach an actual person and clearly their zendesk is not monitored very well. This was the first order for one of their products that I had received and I am very unhappy about the entire experience (or lack there of) thus far. I refunded my customer for the item and have cancelled my subscription. I am disappointed because I liked the items they had to offer, but it is not worth it if there is no customer service.

I find this app looks good but no products to order. Clothing is substandard. Not a good app.

DO NOT BUY THIS APP! IT IS A SCAM! Their website looks very pretty and professional with really cute clothes, however, every time my customer has purchased an item, Collective Fab said that it was no longer available; even when I have my inventory settings set to show only available products! So, if inventory drops below 10 items for a particular product, my settings are set not to feature that product in my store, to avoid having to lose a customer. In this case, CollectiveFab has made me lose customers time and again which I cannot afford to do. This is bad for business and customers are leaving upset. Collective Fab is a startup and very risky to use unless you are ok with losing customers. OTHERWISE, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. BUYER BEWARE.

I was using the trial and I tried asking for basic info on shipping since I used Modalyst before and I had to figure out shipping costs for that. So, I left Collective Fab a message on shipping details (since it doesn't go into detail in their help area) and my question hasn't been answered in 15 days.

During the trial, 2 emails were sent out "auctioning off" a ready made store starting at $99 and the next day, an email selling the same site for $199. I don't know who would bother buying something at that price from people who don't even respond to simple messages. It seems like this is just a front to sell themes or something at this point.

My trial ended and I'm deleting the app. Don't waste your time.

In The Dashboard they advise you about new discounted shipping rates , they links at the Help Center, no Shipping Rates. I asked about the shipping rate 4 or 5 times and not answer . I checked for the Size table in the Help center , they re-direct me to dropbox - FILE IT'S BEEN DELETED. Videos they dont exist ....
i really want to try this application but seems nothing works properly, so i will deleted from my application dashboard. What's the point to give 15 days trial and not give all the option of a normal account. Thank you 5th Season

Collective Fab does not offer true wholesale prices for it's clients. I found nearly all of their products on a website called https://www.urbanog.com and all of their retail prices are nearly the same as the "wholesale" prices that collective fab offers it's customers. All it takes is a quick google search of the product name and you will see for yourself.

Glad I caught that because today is the last day of my free trial.... You tried it.

I would give negative stars if I could!!!!!

After leaving my previous updated review, someone finally decided to contact me and offer help with the international shipping. SMH, of course I had already lost the customer and had to refund the $200 order. So there was nothing they could do for me at that point. I got over it. Then comes another issue (surprised?) Emily sent me an email asking me to remove my negative review. I advised her that I would not remove my review because it is an honest review and people need to be aware of this type of stuff before making their decision on who to use as a dropshipper. I informed her that I still lost a customer and a $200 order because they would not help me when I needed them. She then sends me the following email:

" Hi Karice,

I understand your frustration. Since we have not deliver service to your expectation, we're going to issue a refund your your subscription and cancel your account with us. Please reply and let me know you understand.

Thank you"

So basically, because I won't remove this review, they are going to cancel my account. Luckily, I was already in the process of ending my relationship with them anyway. But the fact that they basically force people to leave good reviews is absolutely absurd. If your service is good, YOU WON'T HAVE TO TRY TO FORCE GOOD REVIEWS OUT OF PEOPLE!!! People beware!! The headache is not worth it.......

Updated Review - Oct 5th 2017

Unfortunately, after almost five months with this app, I have to change my review. There have just been too many occasions where I needed help from them and they did not respond. The last straw was recently when I had an international customer order over $200 worth of shoes to be shipped to the UK. Collective Fab was going to charge $300 JUST for shipping. I reached out to them through the app THREE TIMES just to make sure that the app was charging me the correct amount for shipping. NO ONE EVER REPLIED. So I tried to reaching out to Kevin directly....HE DIDN'T REPLY EITHER. Of course I had to cancel the order, which means I lost money and possibly a future loyal customer. The app is great as long as you don't need any assistance from them and don't have any large international orders.....I like the usability of the app and the clothes are nice......but I'm not in business to lose money and this is not the first time I have had to cancel an order because I couldn't get any help from Collective Fab....I researching new drop shipping companies to use. This experience has been one big headache :(

First of all, let me say thank you for developing this kind of app for us shopify users. This was literally exactly what I needed and I stumbled upon it by accident lol. I needed a way to make my store look more legit without spending too much more money on wholesale. So I began looking into dropshipping, and I found you guys. Since installation, I have had more people on my site, they stay longer, and come back to look around often. I haven't made a sale yet since installation, but based on my newfound traffic, I'm sure I will get some soon. I do think some of the prices could be a bit lower, but they are not bad at all. The only thing that could be improved is the fact that a lot of your boots are only available in a size 6 or 6 and a half. Maybe restock the best sellers in all sizes?

Other than that, like I said, the app is amazing and exactly what I needed to begin scaling my business. It was easy to install and adding the items to my store was a snap! Keep up the great work :)

Horrible customer service. If your customer has an issue then you're just out of luck! They do not respond to emails which is the only way to contact them. I have reached out to them for support numerous times regarding customers receiving the wrong product, refunds that were shorted, and different issues with their site. Still waiting on a response. Probably delete the app soon

I love the idea they have vegan friendly shoes,
BUT and thats a BIG BUT.

With all their amazing selection - you import hundreds of shoes, just to find out, 70% of them have less than 2 or 3 sizes...
that means that from the 100 people, 1 which decide to buy, probably won't have her size.
NOT ONLY THAT, if anyone will search their items, they will find one shop that have it all, with less than 50% off the MSRP price they suggest here.

after all the hard work I've put on my shop,
You google the items, and it's impossible to compete with ogurban.com prices.

OR work very hard to find 90 year old people that don't know google. (and they are into vegan high heels)

another update, I guess after seeing my "updated review" the dude emails me and tell me he will forward my case to the higher level boss,and he will make the final decision. I replied - no thank you. (After deleting all my ad campaigns and re-adjusting my mind to a different track)
I'm just bummed that I can't sell vegan shoes. and the fact that I invested so much TIME on this .

Horrible customer service. Took me a month and a half to get an answer to a simple question. Sometimes it took them over 9 days to respond. Had to go back and forth 7 times because the person answering didn't ever actually read my question. Also, you can often get the exact same products, plus more, cheaper from UrbanOG.com just buying on their retail site. For example, some Bikini bottoms are $5.50 on UrbanOG without Wholesale account, while the exact same bottoms were $19 WHOLESALE in CollectiveFab.
