I know there has been alot of mixed reviews on here about collective fab. I decided to take a leap of faith anyway. Id first like to talk about Kevin. He has been great with responding to my emails, very helpful and kind. I’ve recieved great customer service from them. In terms of the site it self it is super easy to navigate and I love that they are making improvements from user feeback. I do like their selection of shoes. I have a shoe store so that in particular mater to me. Once they make their improvements ill updat my review. I think the prices are fine because they offer teo types of membership. If you got the cheaper plan thats why your wholesale prices are more expensive. But overall ive had a great experience with them.


First of all....the customer service is very good! They have been quick to respond to my questions and transparent with the direction in which they want to grow. I have found some great items and look forward to seeing many more options in the coming months!


It's not bad so far. Could use better customer support.


Customer support is really not the fastest. Emails do not always really answer my question. Lots of clothing options, however, always low on stock.


We love the products on Collective Fab. The shoes are the best and have the better profit margins. However we'd love to see more items with accurate measurement information (many missing measurements that's I've emailed examples of to Collective Fab hopefully for correction), more timely responses to emails, and some lower price points, which I've heard they're already working on. We've also been having issues with the collections on the site and app lately we can only browse all collections, the search function and left side panel collection links are not working accurately. I've heard they are already working on this as well.


I am pleased with this app. I like that I have so many options . The items are good quality. I haven’t had any problems so far.


I am editing this review to reflect that CF is trying really hard to be great for us, and we appreciate it! I do recommend them!


This app is the best-kept secret for drop-shippers of women's clothing. These listings attract more views and sales of any other supplier that I have on my site.

The pictures are top-notch, I've had nearly no complaints about the clothing, and it all ships from Los Angeles, CA.

I'm updating my review and removing a star:

- Like many (all?) Shopify apps, there are integration issues. As CollectiveFab has expanded, the products are selling faster, but they aren't connecting with inventory fast enough. I could understand if it was a one day delay, but I've had many products that were OOS that weren't updated for a month.

- Their customer service isn't very good. It's irritating when I just want to do a return and they ask me to offer a discount or something to keep a product. Or if something is OOS, they will ask if I can offer a different color. I'm sorry, but I'm the one dealing with a customer and I'm more aware of the details. If I was able to offer a different color, I would have asked for it.

- Product details are impossible to get. Whatever is on the page is what's on the page. I was asked what head size the straw hats are, and I'm just told one size fits all.

- Shipping times are supposed to be two days, but they often miss that time. I wish DHL would refund my shipping for late shipment. I've also had products that don't ship for a week or more, then I'm told the product is OOS.

I get they are growing and suffering the pains that go along with it, so I'm writing here because I DO like working with them, but they gotta work through some of these issues.

Really, just get better at customer service. Our job as sellers is extremely difficult and I wish they'd come from this perspective and help us shine. OOS, late shipments, and exchanges are minor inconveniences that are normal in online selling, and they are very simple to resolve. What is unforgivable is slow response times, ignoring emails, and saying "I'm looking into it' for 5 days. Get on top CS and I'll update this to 5 stars.


There is a good selection of products and the pics are very good quality and they fit well with my Shopify store. The only thing is that the wholesale prices are high to really make a profit as well as shipping cost. But the shipping time is good.
