I have to stop using it because I cannot choose which location to share the inventory with my retailers from! I only found out after multiple oversold orders, because there was stock for those SKUs in my European location. I ship to the USA from my US location only, using the setting "show fulfilable inventory" under the shipping settings. You really need to fix this, so that we can choose which location(s) you should take the stock from!

It would be great if I actually got paid when others placed orders, even when they are on automatic payments, payment still pending a month later and they have already received the merchandise. No one seems to care or help retreive the money that it suppose to be debited automatically.

This app encourage scammers.

Even they enable automatic payment, they can still make as paid manually. If you are using any ERP or logistics API, the order will be shipped, and you never receive money. I see others complained about the same thing, Shopify said "check before ship", which is impossible in real world, especially you have certain business capacity already.

It does not make sense there is a "marked as paid" option!!! this is encouraging scam.

We are scammed $500+, when I find out actually no money was added to payout, it was already too late.

I shipped $200 worth of goods, but it shows 'payment pending', and I have not received the money. I contacted Shopify, and they said the retailer did not have sufficient funds at the time of ordering. In that case, the order should not have been allowed in the first place. I sent the merchandise but did not receive payment. This app does not protect suppliers, and I do not recommend it.

We're sorry to hear this. After reviewing your account, we found that orders were fulfilled while still in 'Payment pending' status.

Collective displays a pending icon on the order and includes a note recommending you wait until the order is marked as 'Paid' before shipping. For future orders, we recommend checking that orders show 'Paid' before fulfilling, or adjusting any automations you may have in place to exclude orders in 'Payment pending' status.

I have seen retailers cannot filter products by search, add them a search option for the retailer to identify and import it.

There should be MOQ requirements and I cannot turn this DAMN app off!! I do not want to use anymore!!!

We're sorry to hear you had an issue when using Collective. Please note that as the supplier you are able to set the product prices and the relevant retailer margins. Retailers can offer discounts on your products, but this comes out of their margins, not your cost price.

If you are seeing differently within your admin, please contact Shopify Support as this should not be happening.

It is not easy to use and offer free shipping on your website but shipping charged on collective.

We really like the program, but the inability to separate shipping rates from our main store is a severe limitation. We want to extend a higher margin to Shopify collective shops; however, we offer free shipping on our site for orders over $100 and cannot separate that rate for collective orders. We would like to have shipping calculated at checkout for collective orders and have unique shipping rates for our store.

I was using this for a while, set up everything was great. Randomly, without any changes to my store, I was deemed ineligible. Shopify support doesn't know why I am ineligible, because I have met all the steps to be eligible. Therefore, this is a malfunctioning (half working) app that the developers apparently do not care to fix as I have reached out 4 times already and just did again today!

Why is this collective order free shipping - when i dont offer free shipping in the collective setting but only calculated shipping - We offer free shipping over RETAIL orders of $50+ - and and collective is providing free shipping for orders of $20 (with a $50 retail vLUE) - THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
