Shopify Collective

I like the app a lot because is was very difficulty to find suppliers within the US that offers Fast Shipping. Can you improve the Sort within each each suppliers because a lot of times when you enter the main keyword or other keywords related to the product is comes up blank. Also if you can Vet and Add more DropShipping Suppliers with Warehouse within the US. Also Can you get Suppliers who Offer Brand Name Products Please. Thanks for this Option, we needed this a long time ago. More help with the Marketing. Expand the marketing to the entire Store not Just the Shop App. The Cost per New Customer to too high because the our margins on the Collective is very Low and even for our own inventory supplies. Thanks

A seller internal note section for collective suppliers for shipping and responsiveness experience would be great. Some suppliers are better than others. I would also suggest adding seller ratings for collective suppliers based on an actual sale.

We love using Shopify Collective to source new products for Casual Chic Shop! Payment and inventory management is handled seamlessly on the backend making it super easy compared to other dropshipping platforms.

Collective is a gamechanger for our small business. Having access to so many great products without having to stock them in house, really helps us financially. The process is quick and easy. The margins are great as well. Definitely recommend giving it a try if you are a small business working on a tight budget.

When a supplier disconnects from the collective it should be automatic or a better system delete US sellers know

this makes things way easier being paired into the company with inventory and shipping purposes .

So far we like the smooth experience. However, the main fears that give us jitters are:
- There is no way to contact Collective directly.
- Some suppliers do not respond to emails on time when a product query comes. This results in loss of sales.
- Returns are handled by Collective, but when we want to stop returns and give the customer a convincing response to avoid the return, it is impossible as neither the suppliers respond nor Collective.

Great way to get more exposure for your products as a supplier and also a great way to expand your offerings without having to store inventory as a seller.

This is a wonderful option for our small family run business to generate another revenue stream.
