quite reactive customer service, with direct feedback on the issue and identifying the right solution to make it work properly. BUT Huge problem with an instable app. I lost suddenly during a campaign all the subsribers to coming soon products. so impossible to notify them once my products were available (that's a bit the purpose of this app). So i uninstalled it.

I can not say enough good things about the customer service. They worked with me for a long time getting the app to work with my extremely customized theme code. They were quick to respond each time and kept me in the loop with all updates on how the fixes were going. We used them to launch an entire collection of products under Coming Soon and it ended up working so well for us! They solved all of our needs and wants. Great app for coming soon batches. I had some issue with the layout, but support was very helpful and replied fast. They managed to fix the issue quickly as well.
