I love it! I started shipping to outside of the European Union not too long ago and Customs Buddy helps me LOADS because the first few commercial invoices I did was pretty much by hand lol.

Whenever I mailed support the response was quick too!

I love the recent updates on the app. Customs Buddy is now my go-to for generating commercial invoices for my international orders. I love how they now automatically display prices in local currencies with HS codes. It is super easy to invoices for all my orders at once and saves me a lot of time.

Very simple and straightforward to use. We often have to send orders to customers overseas and this wonderful app saves a lot of time otherwise spent filling out paperwork. Also the technical support is par excellence, if ever there is any kind of issue with the app it is sorted ultra-fast. Can't recommend highly enough!

Great app that makes my international order deliveries super easy. Support is super quick to respond as well.

Works fine, we use it for commercial invoice for switzerland. The support was very good and they did some customaization for us which was done very fast and was very useful.

This app is solving a lot of problems for us, and the support I have had from Andrii around specific customisations we needed for our business was second to none.

Customs Buddy is EXACTLY what we were looking for. Our shop has multiple international shipments per week and the shippers require info that was not printing by default on the Shopify Commercial Invoice. Along came Customs Buddy and we no longer have to manually edit the PDF and add this info each time. We can setup our tax id, contact info, etc. one time and never have to enter it again. What a time saver! Even better, their customer support is OUTSTANDING! We noticed that something we entered was not printing and within a few hours they corrected the bug and released a new version. I've been in IT for over 30 years and it can take months to get something fixed (if at all) and this was more than I expected. Bravo!!

Our company is a EU-country and we need always to do to Commercial Invoice to all countries outside EU. This is extremely time-consuming for us, especially when we are sending out hundreds of products and all have different HS-codes and weight and origin of country. With this APP, it literally make the Commercial Invoice for us automatically, without even lifting a finger. Usually making a commercial invoice for a shipment can take from 10 to 30 minutes to us to make manually. With this app, it takes us less than 2 seconds. Highly recommend. And the support is superb aswell! LOVE IT.
