I purchased the Pro version of this app with an annual subscription on the same day I discovered it, expecting great functionality. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing from the start, and I regret my purchase.

Firstly, the app lacks a hide feature for phones or tablets, which is a critical feature for anyone who wants to customize the display across different devices. Additionally, images remain the same across both desktop and mobile, resulting in an unresponsive design that looks unprofessional. The image hotspots scale excessively large on mobile devices, making my store appear poorly designed and cluttered.

These issues have made the app unusable for me. I haven’t been able to benefit from it even a single day since purchasing, and I wish I could get a refund. Overall, my experience with this app has been very unsatisfactory. I hope the developers address these flaws to improve user experience in the future.
