Unfortunately, this app has given us significant problems and resulted in a loss of sales. We continuously request support and the response states issues are resolved or being resolved, but there is never a resolution. We had a paid membership with unlimited views and without notice had views restricted and we were not given our unlimited views - coincidentally only a few weeks after our site went live. This resulted in lost sales. We're very disappointed. Further, this message constantly appears in Shopify Admin "This app is outdated and will no longer function".
We're sorry to hear about the bad experience you have. As discussed through the support system, we worked with Shopify in the past 2 weeks to solve the warning message about the "Outdated app" and it shouldn't appear anymore.
As for the views limitation - this was always part of our pricing model, but only lately we started to display the number of views of your widgets as part of the new dashboard we released.
