Commslayer: AI Helpdesk & Chat

Tested a lot with Commslayer and now live. This looks very promising! This will be a real timesaver for our business. I'm excited! You can't tell that answers are made with AI. Biggest task now is to train the AI-agent.

Using the public FAQ page functionality is a major plus!

The best help desk software I've ever used. Lots of other software is too expensive, too complicated, and doesn't suit small to medium-sized businesses like mine. I run three brands through this, seven figures, with one human agent. The support is fantastic. The developer himself often responds, and the other customer service guys all really know their software. I can't recommend it highly enough.

I scheduled an onboarding meeting with the team and set aside time specifically for the call. Unfortunately, nobody showed up, and I received no communication letting me know they wouldn’t be attending.

For a new customer trying to get started with the app, that speaks volumes about the level of service and support I can expect going forward. If a company can’t show up for a scheduled onboarding appointment—or at least communicate that they can’t make it—it’s difficult to have confidence in the service.

I’ve decided to uninstall the app and move on to another solution. Very disappointing experience, especially when a simple email or message could have handled the situation professionally

Absolute best CS app on shopify. Incredibly priced. Has every feature you need, and the team is top of class with releasing new features and staying up to date with what the merchants want/need. Get off your other app and switch to Commslayer. You will not regret it. Our customer satisfaction went well up, and our costs went way down. No brainer.

Insane App for customer service. I get around 30 messages weekly that I can handle now way better than manually before. Also lot of interesting things coming in the future. Highly recommend!

We have used Commslayer in our NZ/AU ecomm business for 1+ years and love this app. The support team are easy to contact for any questions or requested improvements and you are updated regularly with developments in the software. We have had multiple agents using the app at a time and it's great to answer customer replies (using canned responses) or to collaborate with other team members before a reply is sent. Highly recommend!

The platform takes a bit of time getting your head around - i got on an onboarding call and the team was really helpful including Bernardo.

They are working very hard and there are some growing pains but excited to adopt this product fully!

Great experience so far. Slack channel with the team for any issues which is amazing. Bernado was excellent for providing product demos and support. So much more advanced AI features than Zendesk, and 10% of the price, no brainer. Hope they can stay nimble and keep it affordable. Would 100% recommend.

Great app to use on the free plan if you are wanting to have a little better organization in your support inbox and want a support ticket system. That being said I started on the free plan and have upgraded to the basic since the developer is constantly updating and adding new features. It really seems like they take customer feedback into account and I love opening the app and seeing all the changes they make. Truly a great app, highly recommend.
