Has everything I need to provide excellent customer service, Including the basic functionality like being able to directly attach a PDF document to a customer who can't find their product instructions, a level of basic functionality that Shopify Inbox couldn't be bothered to include. So moving over to Commslayer was an absolute no-brainer, and they have exceeded my expectations for customer service, ease of setup and a quality app at a very reasonable price. 100% recommended!

Been watching the roadmap for over a year whilst trying to take the leap of faith to switch and when I saw the speed of development vs Gorgias it became a no brainer.
