Swapped from Gorgias where we felt that we were overpaying for basic features. Happy with our decision. Karri is active and it's clear the aspirations for this are high through ongoing development and improvements, with feedback sought from users. Looking forward to the new features rolling out this year.

Honestly is a gamechanger. At the FREE pricepoint you wont find anything better and it is far better than simply using G-Suite for CS. Has AI, auto hides bad comments, etc. Give it a try.

The Commslayer team will make your life 10x easier, the integration is all done for you. The customer service is next level you wont experience this level of care from any other help desk app.
These guys started recently but they beat gorgias for a fraction of the price and they are constantly working on new features.
I am so lucky to have found this app.
These guys are way better than Gorgias, If your looking for a help desk app that actually cares about you or wanting to switch, don't waste anymore time looking just use Commslayer

My experience with Commslayer has been incredible. I've been a long time Zendesk user for support on another store of mine, and recently opened a new brand. This was the perfect time for me to test something new. So I started with Commslayer.
My support team LOVES it and is asking me to migrate the other store to Commslayer as well (I will soon, I tell them!). It's faster, easier, and has the integrations we need directly with Shopify.
Not only do I highly recommend Commslayer, I'm baffled why it wouldn't be every owner's first pick.
Not sure how they keep it free.
But I believe it is a game changer.
I've used HelpScout for many years but their pricing was getting out of control. I did the comparison for Giorgias and Zendesk but they didn't seem impressive for what they were charging.
I was happy to see a native Shopify help desk app that is free and works perfectly! Looking forward to seeing this app grow.
