Ummmmm how is this free??? I was skeptical at first, but WoW! Currently it just works, and that is beautiful. No frills. I migrated from Intercom after extensively analyzing all available options. Every support software out there keeps inflating their monthly pricing, making it nearly impossible to justify the cost. I’ve always been on the lookout for a tool as complete as this one—of course, it’s still missing a few features compared to the industry giants, but updates keep rolling in, and it’s getting better fast ...

Swapped from Gorgias where we felt that we were overpaying for basic features. Happy with our decision.
