We've tried several helpdesk tools for our Shopify store, but Commslayer has been the easiest to set up and use. I was on Gorgias before... solid tool but the pricing gets ridiculous once you add addons such as AI. Commslayer is a fraction of the cost and honestly does more than enough for my usage.
