Not sure how they have such high reviews. This app does look like the best compare app for Shopify - so was super excited to install it. That’s where the excitement ended - the only instructions you get is how to activate the app on your store nothing about how to create the actual comparison. And the support staff - one sentence replies. My rating is generous and only not to wreck his business, when he hopefully improves
CompareXpert has completely streamlined our product comparison process, offering intuitive filters and real-time updates that delight customers and boost conversions.
I was expecting to manually set up all the metafields, but CompareXpert auto-detected everything for me. All I had to do was pick which ones I wanted to show in the table. Took less than 10 minutes to get it looking exactly how I wanted. Huge time saver.
So far, everything is great! The support team responds instantly and provides solutions right away.

The app does its job well in terms of providing a product comparison tool, There’s no way to compare customer reviews or ratings alongside product features, which would be a helpful addition
