I am using this since 2024. Worked fine since 2 days ago. No support no reaction on contacting them. I tried tu uninstall and reinstall they changed my plan. No way to contact them seems that they stopped support this app.

I'm sorry to hear your banner design got wiped during the migration, that is definitely not the norm nor what we intended to happen of course. When looking through our support inquiries I can only find tickets from about a year ago from your store, so I'm very sorry, but we haven't received anything from you recently.

I had a problem with the display of the cookie banner after switching languages in the store manually. The complianz team looked at the problem and as soon as their technical team got involved, they were able to resolve the issue. Now the app works as expected. Thanks!
You cannot personnalise it, not even the font it looks nothing like the presentation. It's an ugly fat pop up on your site and it does not even save properly the customisation you add to it.
Ich hatte ein Problem mit der App (das Cookie Banner wurde auf jeder Seite erneut angezeigt), aber der Support hat mir zügig geantwortet und mir direkt angeboten mit Zugang zu meinem Shop das Problem im Backend zu lösen - gesagt, getan, verlief reibungslos und jetzt klappt das Cookie Banner einwandfrei! Danke Sahar :)
Der Support ist leider viel zu langsam, obwohl Cookies so wichtig sind für den Onlineshop. Das können andere Apps viel besser. Ich warte jetzt 7 Tage auf eine Antwort, da ich keinen benutzerdefinierten Text hinzufügen kann, bitte helft mir.
