Unfortunately, I can not recommend this plugin.
Cookies that have been manually marked "essential" are not activated.
I have been in contact with the support for 2 months, without a solution....
Dokumentation (speziell zum Umgang mit Drittanbieter cookies/scripts) leider nicht vorhanden. Die Codebeispiele werden leider auch nicht Dokumentiert, dafür sind die Beispiel Zeilen bei jeder Seite im Quellcode sichtbar!? Edit: Danke für die schnelle Reaktion - ich sende die support Anfrage nochmal von meiner shopify email. Edit2: support gibt jetzt wirklich gas. Finde ich Toll :-) Edit3: Leider fragt die App den User seit neustem mehrmals am Tag!?!
Das ist sehr schade zu lesen. Support ist eines unserer wichtigsten Themen und wie man in praktisch allen anderen Rezensionen lesen kann auch sehr beliebt. Wir konnten kein Ticket zu diesem Shop, Emailadresse oder Namen des Eigentümers in unserem Ticketingsystem finden. You cannot personnalise it, not even the font it looks nothing like the presentation. It's an ugly fat pop up on your site and it does not even save properly the customisation you add to it.
